I ordered flowers by phone for my daughter's birthday and appreciated the service and consideration of the staff. The flowers were beautiful, and the staff went out of their way to deliver the flowers that day. I can recommend them highly.

Awesome customer service. I bought flowers from this shop for my mom's birthday. They were beautifully arranged and lasted more than a week! They have a large and unique selection in both flowers and plants. I recommend this shop to whoever is in need of buying flowers or gifts.

At the eleventh hour, Saturday at 5:00 when ALL the other florists were closed, I found this florist just a 15-min drive who was open until 6:00! Bingo! I needed a gorgeous arrangement for a 90-year old woman's birthday that I had just found out about. I called, ordered the flowers, and then drove over to pick them up. They were GORGEOUS!! I was able to take them to her son's house where they were having a party and when I walked in, they were SO IMPRESSED with how beautiful they were. Great job!! Thank you so much for saving the day!! Highly recommend!!

Bought flowers for my wife's birthday and was helped by a friendly store owner whose personality was as brilliant as the bouquet I purchased. I did not know the store was there but I will be returning. Customer service these days has taken a turn for the worst but not in Flower Outlet & Gifts. Great experience!! Thank you for being so kind.

WOW, what a great find. Not much to look at from the outside, and it's not huge, but this is Definitely one of the best flower shops I've ever used. Beautiful flowers at great prices, and the staff is amazing. I have been there several times and have been blown away by the flower and plant arrangements these guys can make. . Best shop in Oakland.....Hands down.

Then over on the far counter, I saw the most beautiful heart shaped arrangement with daisies that were white, and different shades of pink. I asked Cyrus what that one was for. He told me it was for a funeral. I didn't ask anymore questions…just took some more pictures…and thought about how I probably won't notice what flowers will be at my funeral. Those daisies were simple and peaceful…yeah…they would be nice…even though I probably wouldn't see them.

Syroos, the owner is so lovely, professional and pleasant to work with. He kindly donated a generous amount of gorgeous and high quality flowers for the Oaktoberfest 2021 event in Oakland to support his local community. I even bought three new and well loved, super healthy plants from him for my new home! He has been so helpful and kind, and his flowers, plants and arrangements are gorgeous and well tended to. Visit him for all your plant and flower needs! I highly recommend!

Flower Outlet and Gifts may be a small shop, but it's overflowing with beauty--both in the flowers and in the people who work there. I've visited twice now, and each time I've had the pleasure of being helped by Cyrus, who is as kind and thoughtful as they come. On my first visit, I was with my two-year-old daughter, who was completely enchanted by the roses. While Cyrus crafted a stunning bouquet for us, my daughter chatted away about the flowers. When he handed me the finished arrangement (which was absolutely beautiful), he also surprised us by giving my daughter a single rose of her own--just because he'd overheard her fascination. That small act of kindness lit up her whole day, and she cherished that rose in her room for the next two weeks. Today, I returned to the shop and Cyrus was there again. As he put together another breathtaking bouquet of dark and light pink roses, I told him I remembered his thoughtful gesture. His response was simple but powerful: "It's our job to be kind to each other. If we aren't kind to each other, who will be?" Once again, he gifted a rose for my daughter--though she wasn't with me this time--just to brighten her day. The flowers and plants at Flower Outlet and Gifts are gorgeous, but it's the heart behind the business that makes it truly special. Cyrus's warmth and generosity have left a lasting impression on my family. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for beautiful blooms and genuine kindness.
